Playing Julius Soubise in “Black London (working title)”

I’ve recently been filming a new short film/period drama “Black London (working title)” playing Julius Soubise.

Black London is a series of short dramas based on historical records, court documents, contemporary adverts and newspaper accounts that tell the stories of black and brown Londoners who settled in Britain in the 18th century. They reveal the little-known histories of individuals who fought duels, organised black balls, worked as sailors, soldiers, fencing masters, servants and slaves, writers, musicians, composers, hairdressers and sometimes thieves and prostitutes.
